General Information for Registration

1) All participants must register to attend the conference. The registration fee will cover the cost of conference materials, a light welcome dinner, 2 lunches, 5 coffee breaks, and the conference dinner. Transportation and hotel are NOT included.

2) If you wish to register more than one person, you must submit a separate form for each registration. The registration fee may be paid collectively.

3) If you do not pay the registration fee in full by October 15, 2013, we will assume that you are not making a presentation during the conference. On-site registration will be accepted only for participation without a presentation and depends on the capacity of the conference facilities.

4) All registration fees are non-refundable.

5) Overseas delegates must check with their travel agents for visa and entry requirements for Taiwan.

6) All participants are responsible for their own medical, travel, personal and other insurance. The registration fee does not cover any type of insurance.

7) Participants from outside Macao can use PayPal or SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer to pay the registration fees. You do not have to pay the transaction cost when you pay via PayPal. Please pay all the transfer costs when you use SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer. For Macao participants, a check payable to APAGS is advisable.

8) Please fill out the registration form online with the PAYMENT Information.

9) Please send your presentation file (in PowerPoint 2003/2007/2010 format) to apa4gs@gmail.com by November 20, 2013.

10) Upon receipt of the registration form and full payment (it takes time, especially when you pay via SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer), a confirmation letter will be sent via email.

11) The conference schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to extreme weather conditions and other unavoidable situations beyond the organizer’s control.
